TERMOS DE SERVIÇOPAGAMENTO:Via Pix*O pedido só vai ser confirmado e iniciado após o pagamento do valor da arte e envio do comprovante por parte do cliente.- O valor pode ser pago a vista ou 50% ao confirmar o pedido e 50% junto da entrega final.*O preço pode variar dependendo da complexidade do pedido.ENVIO E PROCESSO DA ARTE:*Serão enviados os seguintes processos para o cliente:- 1° Esboços com teste de poses- 2° Esboço colorido (O cliente pode solicitar alterações durante essa parte do processo).- 3° Pintura da pele, cabelo, roupas e etc (não necessáriamente nessa ordem. Nessa parte do processo o cliente pode solicitar ajustes nas cores)- 4° Arte finalizada.*Alterações são aceitas na fase de esboço e são gratuitas, após a fase de esboço alterações e adições de elementos custam um valor adicional a partir de R$2,00 dependendo da quantidade e complexidade das alterações solicitadas.*A arte final será enviada por mensagem ou email no formato PNG e JPEG avulso e também como arquivo ZIP.
*Após o arquivo final ter sido enviado para o cliente, ele ainda ficará armazenado comigo por uma semana. Após esse periodo o armazenamento do arquivo é de total responsabilidade do cliente.*O envio de referências são obrigatórias e devem ser enviadas junto do pedido inicial.PRAZO:*O tempo estimado para a produção da arte é de 9 à 31 dias, após o pagamento ser confirmado.*Tenha em mente que podem haver outros clientes a sua frente, isso pode causar um aumento no prazo de entrega.
Nesse caso o cliente será informado antes de fazer o pagamento e fica a critério do mesmo continuar com o pedido ou não, baseado na urgência para receber a arte.CANCELAMENTO E REEMBOLSO:*Caso o artista cancele o pedido, será reembolsado 100% do valor.*Caso o pedido seja cancelado em até 3 dias após o pagamento e antes do envio do primeiro esboço, será reembolsado 100% do valor.*Caso o pedido seja cancelado após o envio do primeiro esboço, será reembolsado 50% do valor.*Pagamentos feitos 50% antes e 50% após a finalização da arte não são elegiveis aos termos de reembolso.

01 - General TermsPrices are subject to change based on demand.I have the right to reject any order for any reason.The production of your commission will only be started AFTER the payment has been confirmed.02 - Process & DeliveryThe time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 weeks - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and con seasons.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product.03 - RevisionsYou get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.04 - Copyright & UsageI, Luke Lenz (the artist):I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):You may NOT use my artwork to train any kind of AI program.You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me (the artist) prior to paying for the artwork though.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. Unless specified when placing the order in which case you'll be charged extra (up to 70% of the art cost). You must provide all the information necessary to me (the artist) to avalueate.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.Claiming the artwork as your ownAltering the artwork without my consent
